# Privacy Policy

How Armor Athletics LLC handles your information. Effective October 2026.

## What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site — the free intro, contact, or booking forms — we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your goals or training history. When you book or buy a membership, our member-management provider (PushPress) processes your contact and payment details.

Like most websites, we also collect standard technical data: pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and referring site.

## How we use it

We use your contact details to respond to you: scheduling your free intro, answering questions, and coordinating bookings. If you become a member, PushPress uses your information to manage your membership, billing, and class reservations.

We use site analytics to understand which pages are useful and how people find the gym. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that run the gym (booking/payments, email, website hosting).

## Third-party services

This site runs on Cloudflare (hosting, security, and bot protection, including Cloudflare Turnstile on forms), and member management runs on PushPress. Those providers process data according to their own privacy policies.

We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook) to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform and to show our ads to people who have visited this site. The pixel records page visits and when a form is submitted; it does not receive the contents of your form. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy.

Our AI-crawler policy is deliberately permissive: we allow AI search and assistant crawlers (see robots.txt) to read public pages so tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity can answer questions about the gym accurately. Public page content is public; we never expose form submissions or member data to crawlers.

## Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your contact information at any time — text or call (253) 777-9714, or email info@armorathletics.com. Member-account data (billing, attendance) can be managed through the PushPress member portal or by contacting us.

You can limit ad tracking through your browser's cookie and tracker settings, or in your Facebook/Instagram ad preferences (Settings → Ad preferences). This site does not respond to Do Not Track signals differently.
