Improve Functional Fitness in Tacoma, WA
Our strength and conditioning classes consist of functional fitness training performed at high intensity. It’s a fun and fast-paced class that incorporates strength training and cardio while addressing many of the 10 general physical skills that make up fitness: cardio, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. Strength and conditioning classes include a skill-based warm-up, skill or strength training, metabolic conditioning, and mobility work. Armor coaches provide individual coaching in every class as well as scaling options so new members are able to work out alongside our veteran athletes. Strength and conditioning classes are offered Monday through Saturday.
On-Ramp
In order to meet your unique goals, we make sure you complete a series of classes that are designed to get you ready for group classes. Our On-Ramp classes will teach you how to safely perform all of the functional movements and ease you into the intensity of the workouts. You don’t have to be fit to start; you just have to be willing to learn at your own pace.
