    Education

    Learning proper technique while exercising is essential in maximizing effectiveness and reducing the risk of injury.  Your coach will teach you everything you need to know about exercising. Our members get the added benefit of programming designed by our Doctor of Physical Therapy. Your programming will help you achieve your goals as safely and effectively as possible.

     

    Motivation and Accountability

    Exercising can be a hassle and at times it may feel like there aren’t enough hours in the day. Personal Training may give you the boost you need to stay consistent and make progress.

     

    Personalized Plan

    A common misconception is that personal training is high energy and in your face. We take a different approach. The point of personal training is to create a unique environment to help you succeed. Be sure to tell your coach what you want and together you can find a rhythm that works for you. Your coach will help you set realistic goals based on your abilities and make adjustments when necessary.

    It’s easy to get bored with your fitness routine. Maybe you’ve plateaued or aren’t seeing the results you want. A personal trainer will challenge you and take you to the next level. Our programming is constantly varied and includes new exercises to keep your workouts fun and fresh.

    Working with a trainer allows you the freedom to create your own workout schedule. Whether you prefer working out really early in the morning before work, on your lunch hour, or a variety of times; we can create a schedule that works for you.

    HOW DOES IT WORK?

    Each training session is one hour long and consists of one-on-one training. Your initial personal training session will include a full movement assessment from our licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy. Your training will be specifically designed to your needs and fitness goals.

    Pricing

    Initial Evaluation: $125

    Your initial evaluation will include a full movement assessment from our licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy

    Personal Training: $75/Session

    Skill Development: $75/Session

    A skill development session is a great way for members to hone some of the more complicated skills like Olympic lifts or muscle-ups.
