Our pursuit classes offer an easy and fun style of training that still includes functional movements and high intensity, but without barbells and other complex movements. They are similar to CrossFit workouts but with less equipment. Pursuit is designed to help you burn calories, increase stamina, and develop muscle tone.

About the Class
Pursuit classes are an hour long and include people of all ages and skill levels. All you need to get started is a willingness to work hard and enjoy yourself.
